The shoes are well made and the materials have a very nice look and feel. The craftmanship is flawless, without doubt they've been made by a skilled artisan. Who is, by the way, a very nice and communicative person, as I can tell from the contacts with him. Alas, though custom made by actual measurements, they are a bit too small. They fit perfectly like a glove, but that means, the toes squeeze into the tip. Maybe that's just my personal opinion, but in a store I would have bought them one size larger. Yet, overall they are great. I'm surely going to buy at this shop again and then I'm just going to tell the maker to add a bit of additional space. Fully recommended!Matthias

Making sure they had all the correct measurements and information needed before starting my boots. Wonderful shoes! The first pair that were made did not fit, despite sending all the measurements and photos. Bilge took the time to find out what didn't work, coordinate the return and have a new pair made that fit perfectly. That level of customer service is really wonderful. The attention to detail to making these fit, is really good. The communication was wonderful throughout the entire process.
